A member has pm'd me and I cannot return his message. It submits, but he never receives it and there is no messages in my Sent folder...

Seems like I can reply from my phone. But not my computer..lemme try clearing cookies and cache when I get home

I am having the same issue. Been trying to PM my friend but have been unable to since I joined. I haven't tried it from my phone yet, but with a fresh install of Windows 7 and Firefox running no addons, I don't know what could be preventing messages from being sent besides the forum subapp.

I feel like an idiot now. This option is always on by default when you first set up a vBulletin forum. The admin/moderator must have changed it when they created the forum so that you have to turn it on yourself if you want to save sent items. Anyway, hope this helps!
(Basically it explains that the messages you are trying to send are sending fine, but aren't saving in your sent items folder by default).
