I had to spray my gunstock a little bit thicker than I usualy spray. Once it went off I noticed that the clear coat has a haze. Where about is the paint blushed, top layer, middle, or a the base?
I used Acme Finish1, FC720 with FH612 hardener.

Moisture. ??

I used a lot of acme over patina when I has a CNC shop. If moisture wasn't baked out of the patina, it would haze thru the clear layer.

I'd say moisture. Anytime I get it with lacquer, I lightly sand with 220 and shoot it again when it's a little dryer out. That has always taken care of it for me. Maybe a bit of retarder to slow down the drying.
