Hazet 190L-2 cantilever toolbox?

I was wondering how sturdy the plastic Hazet 190L-2 or 190L-3 cantilever toolboxes are. They look great, but I want to see if anyone here has any experience with them.

I wanted one awhile back... they do look sturdy!

I got a WhiteSide RollBox instead, which is made by Dinzl. Here is the actual company that makes the boxes for Hazet.

Seems there is a tiny price difference between these two. I would probably go for the Hazet 190L-3 over the 190L-2
