It appears to be part of a tool kit for a Porsche 356. Whether it's worth $179.... you'll have to wait 6 days and 16 hours.

Some of those toolkit pieces are highly sought after. I buy Hazet toolkit wrenches at the flea market but I haven't found a rare one just yet. I'm certain I will though eventually since most of the sellers of these wrenches don't know what Hazet is just yet.
