OK, I know this is sacrilege. I love the collapsible Hazet Tool Trolleys, Fathers day is around the corner and I think my old man would like one it too. He's a die hard vintage German car guy and I think one of these would be great, but...I don't have anywhere near the $1500 they cost.
I have seen online some replica's being sold, and even found some old posts on craigslist but I can't find any for sale. I also have not been able to get a brand name to try and search further for them. Does anyone know who makes these? Or where I could find one? Or, is anyone knows of a real Hazet in rough condition which is selling cheaper?

P.S. I know this really belongs in the WANTED section but I'm too new to the site to be able to post there.

Thanks for any help guys, this site has been great for helping me track down cool stuff like this.

I think I remember a thread about an IKEA kitchen trolley that looks almost identical and is strong enough to be used for tools. Might be worth a look through their catalogue/site.

I wonder what the learning curve is working out of one compared to a regular cart?

loads on german Ebay quite cheap too, shipping will cost $$ but nowhere near the $1500

I had a rare Hazet TS model ( removable poles) shipped to England from Germany for about 40 euros,

the mini assist 160st is a good bit smaller and lighter, lovely little box though

there are some nasty copies about too, flimsy light gauge steel, easy to spot though
they have plastic guides for the poles on the trays , hazets are all steel

Bigplum,
Thanks for the lead on German Ebay, there are a ton of options on there...translations are a little odd sometimes. But I think that I can find something through there.

Thank you,
-Eric
