I think Hazet have a lifetime warranty on their hand tools, although the cost of shipping the damaged tool to Hazet may well outweigh the cost of just buying a new one.
I dont think you'll have any issues with just breaking normal sockets, i wouldn't let the lack of easy warranty put you off them.
