For you guys that have rented the HD Clarke RS-16DC floor polisher to use with the Diamabrush coating removal tool:
Did you use the black skirt piece that is supposed to be wrapped around the outside (assuming to help dust collection)? The HD closest to me doesn't have them, while the one that is further away has them but says no one ever uses them (also said they only last one job then get thrown away).
Does the skirt piece really help that much with keeping the dust within the unit so the vac can **** it up?
