Stock has been zero in Massachusetts for a couple of months.

I was able to purchase (4) more tonight at $24.97 each in Tewksbury, MA. I haven't checked other local stores yet. Online still shows $39.99. Anyone else find for this low price again?

I think the deals in Mass are based on State or utility company in incentives paid to the retailer.
