Been looking to order a bunch of HDPE sheets.

My last few sheet good orders have been through Port Plastics. There are a handful of locations throughout the US, including one in Portland and one in Seattle. Since I have to ship it ends up being cheaper for them to cut them down a bit. I think two cross cuts giving me three, 32" x 48" pieces worked out best.

Hopefully one of those two locations is close enough you won't have to worry about shipping.

Again depending on where you are in the PNW, you might find if there are some marine fabricators working with Starboard or Starboard XL or any other sort of HDPE. They might have a lot of scrap material that would be useful to you.

The Starboard XL would be easier to route channels into like your link but I suspect the solid Starboard would be better overall.

Where in the PNW are you? I know Multi-Craft Plastics in Tigard Oregon is where I used to pick up mine. You can usually find cutoffs there too.

I have two places local to me that I buy drops from. It is ridiculously cheap. Check the yellow pages, most decent sized towns have a plastics house these days.

If white is acceptable and you don't need super thick pieces, plastic cutting boards, like you find at Sams Club or Big Lots are cheap !
