Head lights anyone use them?

They have come a long way and picked up popularity. I used to think they were goofy, now I have them and so do many others. our feeder uses them for a lot of his tasks, our breeder wears one to help in the barn and I use them in the shop.

I use a Zebralight H600W. 700 lumens max IIRC, I run it on the 2nd lowest setting for most things. I don't think I would go this route again though, too powerful and i would rather have a flood beam. It also uses 18650 batteries, which isn;t bad but means you have to keep a bunch charged up and they are a little heavier.

durallymax, that zebra is NICE! definitely worth keeping in the ride for emergencies. Gotta go shoppin now!

I have a couple of Energizer LED Head flash lights. Quite light and comfortable. One of them even has a red setting just in case there happens to be a tactical situation in the workshop. I really like them but they are for close up work only.
Same here. Works great when I'm crawling around in a crankcase. Besides tactical situations, the red is also handy for keeping my pre-dawn night vision when I'm setting a duck or goose decoy spread.
