Heat & A/C in large shop

I have a 36x72 metal building with 12' sidewalls, 16.5' at the peak. I plan to HVAC in half of the building (36x36). It is airtight and insulated with R10 fiberglass.

Has anyone installed a zone AC/Heatpump in a similar scenario? I'm not sure this is the one I need, but this is an example of what I am looking at:

I would appreciate any feedback or advice.

I plan to supplement heat with a propane tube style heater and would appreciate an feedback on those as well.

You will want a heat load first. Mini-splits are very efficient and very well suited to climates with a balanced load of heating and cooling, but you need a Manual 'J' heat load before you can choose and HVAC appliance.

in Houston tx. 30x40. Heat pump. Full split system. 4 ton unit 2 speed. You do not need a ductless mini split. 25+ yrs a.c. Man.

Thanks for the info Badger. I will look into doing a Manual "J" load calc before proceeding.

Slice, a supplier I spoke with yesterday also suggested a full split system. I wish I had you up this way, it's difficult to find a HVAC contractor that does anything other than "sell, install & repair" forced air units. Thanks for the help.
