I found a free one searching around on hvac-talk.com but I didn't use it and don't know if it addressed ICF. I used hvaccalc http://www.hvaccomputer.com/
They have a $50 homeowner version available that was great, but, again, I am not sure about ICFs.

Ok so I downloaded the software and watched the instructional video etc. Its pretty damn good. Very easy to use and it does have ICF walls.

The only problems I had were ;

1. No insulation option for under slab

2. No insulated garage door options. I had to use 10 x 8 solid wood regular doors in the garage.

3. Locked on Ohio for location. Thats ok because it gets cold enough there for me.

4. Cant print or convert file to pdf in trial.

5. No options for thicker than 10" deep I joists in the roof.

Some other stuff but all in all pretty damn good. Will give us a good ball park.

Total structure came in at 49,485 BTUH
