Looking for information and feed back as to what brands and models that have been stated as the best in class performers in heat of rise sensors for the home.
I would like a unit that has a battery back up, a LED indicator that it is on line, and also 120 VAC powered.
Currently the one in my garage is suspect and not fully operational due to a lightning strike. So right now that area / zone is being protected by four wireless smoke / co detectors.
Would like a good balance of performance and costs as I require four of these units in the garage.
