Heater/AC condensate drain help. (Freezing prevention)

Yes I have a manual, but there is one for the heater and one for the evaporator coil. They both show how to install by itself and not together. Not every instruction manual shows every possible scenario.

I'm not sure how adding a condensate pump is going to change any of the situations. I have a heater and air conditioner in my 1000 square-foot detached garage that has no type of drainage whatsoever in it. I can put a condensate pump in no problem but I still have to run a line out the building just like I'm doing now but with no pump. I'm trying to avoid condensate pumps and pipe heaters so I have less possible things that could go wrong.
