Heater diagnostics

Does anyone know of a way to get diagnosis for Dyna Glo kerosine Heater the manual is just a part changing description and customer service phone support is the same. Starts ignites shuts off in 20 secs had it apart several time replaced photo cell and nozzle something is shutting fuel solenoid off

Is there a roll out/limit switch?
Is sight glass /flame sensor clean?

New flame sensor/photocell limit/temp switch remains closed. This model has a fan speed sensor not sure how to diagnose it.

Does it remain closed even when pilot isn't on?

flame sensor may not be proving flame (ground issue - on some models it is neutral sensitive 110v, quick test is to switch the hot and neutral at pig tail or disconnect) - or - Unit is overheating check the delta T...usually max is 50 F. Is there a blockage in the flue? Are there pressure switches?

Over temp should be closed until that excessive temp is reached...and when the fan comes on it should close again.
