Heater Options

wow you can tell its starting to get cold out...all the heating questions..
anyways here is mine.
my garage is 30x 24 10 ft. celling,
walls, celling, and doors are insulated,which way should i go on heating it?

opt 1, hang a natural gas heater up in the corner?

or opt 2
put a full size furnace in the adition garage,which is not insulated an run duct work to the garage that insulated?

the reason for thinking of the full size in the other garage is to keep more space in insulated one,but if the heater is up an outa the way ,i guess it not really in the way..
what are some of the brands of wall mounted,or celling mounted heaters?
i'm just looking to go out there on weekends and do some work is all,not a every day thing.

Either one is a decent option although the ceiling mounted heater will be cheaper in the beginning at least. Northerntools.com sells them and would be a decent place to start looking at.

Mine is 44' x 58' x 12', fully finished and insulated (R-26 walls, R-58 ceiling, two 18' x 8' insulated sectional doors, insulated under the slab), and I have a 125,000-BTU Reznor power-vented ceiling-hung natural gas unit heater with electronic ignition (no pilot flame); heats it with no problem, even when it's in the single-digits outside, and is actually much more than I need (under-estimated how effective the insulation package is). It isn't on after 9 at night, and I run it for about 40 minutes in the morning to bring the garage up from 60* to 75*, then only cycle it every 3 or 4 hours for about 10-15 minutes per cycle to bring it up from 65 to 75 again (my "retirement office" is in the garage, and I'm out here all day long).
