My shop is 36' X 60' with 14' walls, open cealing, and is very well insolated. My plan is to heat with a Dornback 130,000 BTU propane hanging heater. Can anyone give any feedback on this heater? It is made in the USA. I'm in mid Mo. and it gets pretty cold here in the winter. Do you think 130,000 BTU will be big enough? I do have cealing fans to move the heat around.
By the way, this is a great site.

Thanks
Rodney

I have a 40 x 63 x 14 insulated pole shed with R19 in the walls and R30 blown-in up in the attic. I mounted a 75K Mr. Heater propane fired furnace on the ceiling with 3 ceiling fans down the center of the shop. So far, it seems to do very well at keeping the shop at 45 unless I am in there, then I bump it up to 55. I live in West Central Wisconsin, so far so good, but it hasn't gotten below zero yet.

Thanks for the info. I ordered a new Reznor UDAP 125 off Ebay for $749.00. Seems like a good price to me. Time will tell if the size is right.

Thanks again
