Good morning everyone, I converted the third stall of my Garage into a bar/tavern it’s not that big, about 250 square feet. I am looking for an affordable heating and air unit. I was wondering if there is such cooling unit that doesn’t require exhaust output being that there is no window or anything besides the garage door to get such a port outside, I don’t really want to drill through siding. I’ve attached a pic of when we had just finished up the inside for reference. Thank you!

Heating yes, cooling no. Drilling through siding should be no big deal. Something like a regular window shaker or small PTAC will work nicely there as would a more pricey mini split.

Also I'd like to point out what you did, converting garage space to house space is sacrilege here...lol.

Oh man, I don’t mean any sacrilege…the wife just made me take it outside. Haha thanks for your input.

FWIW, I poked around, looks like some of the mini split units are really cheap in the smaller sizes, they are pretty easy to DIY install but you will need to get adequate power, I think they all run 240v. You'll only need to make a small hole in the wall.
