Heating Contractor Turnkey Installation

I do not have the desire to install a nat gas heater myself, so I'm getting turnkey prices from a couple of local heating folks. This raises some questions:

Vendor 1 estimated installation of a 45K BTU Reznor at $2800! And they said a Reznor doesn't need a dedicated 110 circuit. Seems high to me.

Vendor 2 estimated approx $1500 for the same size Lennox. That unit does require a dedicared circuit but they don't do that work. I would need to handle that. Kinda defeats the "turnkey" concept.

So for those that paid an installed price, what is a reasonable range I should expect?

I had the same sticker shock a couple weeks ago on my quote. 45K BTU Hot Dawg with install of tapping gas line and venting through roof @$2,000. Went back at him since I know he is a good plumber that if I picked up the unit which I saw online for like $556 he could do install for probally @$1,100 so I would be saving roughly $400. Might be worth the inquire...?

Shop around. I am having my local oil/propane heat company install a Hot Dawg 45K BTU sealed combustion chamber for $1500, including gas piping, town permit, etc. I had quotes as high as $2675 for a 30K BTU unit. I have the electrical done already. The rest is theirs.
