I was thinking of installing a 2 zone heating system instead of pex in my garage. Both heat sources would be Natural Gas.
I would heat a 12x10 zone in my garage (toilet and water area) and leave the second zone cooler or off and turn it up when in need. Garage is going to be roughly 42x24.
Question would it be cheaper with my 2 zone approach or with a pex system heating the garage all the time. I am in Ottawa Canada where it can hit -40 with the windchill. I am a hobbyist so my garage only sees occasional use (maybe because it isnt heated/insulated right now
