I have been checking the site for a while. I saw that Ryan was doing some cool web vodoo and figured I would start posting. At present I have worked out of a nice 30x50(1500sqft) shop at my house. one 10x10 roll up door, 2post lift, with way to many projects in the way. Almost 3yrs ago I bought 12.5acres in South Carolina. I am in the middle of pouring a 60x100slab, for a 60x100x16 with 20x100 shed roof metal building.
I was on site the other day, after thinking I had built too big,I relized I was going end every square foot. I have not enjoyed paying for it, but when it is done it will be paid for. It is much harder to build when every step is the most I can afford. I bought my building 14months ago, and it was the biggest I could pay for. It has been a slow process to build the funds up to afford the concrete. It did not help that it went from 60+ a yard to $89 now.
I will go back to lurking. I should have something other than mud to post soon.
