Why does it stop? Is there still power going to the motor when it stops? No power to the motor? Then find out why.

Furnace blower or burner fan? Burner fan should trip out on a pressure switch. Complete model number and take a pic of the wiring diagram Inside of blower door. If it is the furnace blower turn thermostat to fan on. If it runs you can have heat.
