Anybody have any experience with a Heil High Efficiency gas furnace. Considering installing a 75K propane fed unit in the attic space (kneewall) of the garage (850 sq ft).

Glad to hear that. My research turns up mostly good stuff. Weak spot is the condensate discharge can freeze causing problems. Heat tape down the condensate seems like the answer. Will probably go this way.
