Hein Werner Customer Service

Has anyone dealt with Hein Werner customer service? I received my new 2 ton floor jack today and have a couple issues that I would like resolved.

One is the jack seems twisted because the one wheel is about a 1/4" up and the second, more serious issue being that the lift arms aren't even close to being centered between the frame rails.

I emailed both H-W and the company I bought the jack from (tooldiscounter); just curious how well H-W's customer service is.

There was a thread here a couple days ago where another member had concerns about a wheel off the ground while off load on his new purchase. I used to have a good friend who worked in the Kansas City plant, but he has since retired. I wouldn’t sweat the off center, it’s a common theme going back to the Lincoln units, unless it’s bumping the frame rail on the way down. It doesn’t affect the usability of the jack, 10-1 the off center and the high wheel are related. I would call the HW plant directly and please report back on what they say.
