First, Thanks to Hiball for his tips and new kit for a Blackhawk I rebuilt (brought back to life) along with Edgar's tips. Now I am onto my second rebuild. It is a Hein Werner Model 05275.
I can see already that I am going to have a few questions. The filler plug/screw is mounted in the back of the jack. How am I going to know when I have enough but not too much oil in it when I am done with the valve, plunger and ram seals, etc.??
Another question I have is in removing the main ram springs. Is there a special way to get them off and back on? It looks like this one is similar to the Blackhawk in that the spring pins come out?
