Hey John,its an older Lincoln Squarwave.The machine is about 10 years old now.Not nearly as nice as the newer technology,but in the right hands can produce adequate welds.Its not mine,it isnt my favorite by a longshot,i prefer The Power of Blue.

Yep, nothing beats a Miller!! I love a Miller TIG!!!:shocking:

As Riley said, in the right hands... but also, use your instincts of how you weld steel. You already know how to get the heat it up for good penetration, and aluminum just needs alot more than steel. Start your arc and let it get good and hot before you add any filler. Then just watch as you add your filler and keep the torch close enough so that the gas will help disperse any contaminates and make the filler flows out into really nice 'dimes'. Everyone always makes welding aluminum harder than it is. All it really takes is a watchfull eye and a little gumption to just do it.
