Planning to seal or coat my new 40x40 shop and your product seems to check most of my boxes. Slab was poured 3 months ago and we have a week off rain coming (from what I've read this is ideal condition to apply your product).

Questions:
How much product would I need for 1600 sq ft?
What can I do to maximize grip from spills (eg, spilled coolant during radiator change)?
What can I do to maximize durability from impact and scuffing? (Floor jacks, rolling tool carts, jack stands, etc)
Last question is kind of silly but my brain is fried from reading so much. Do I need special shoes or anything to walk on it between coats?

Can a black stain be applied to create a veining effect and add some visual interest?

I would recommend messaging Legacy Industrial directly via the GJ or just contacting them directly on their website to get the info you need.

Approx 12 gallons total
It is somewhat grippy as-is but you can add our soft-skid, fine grade.
Be cognizant that it is a coating, not steel
No special shoes required
