Glad to have found this site! Planning an 80x50x18 post-framed shop/garage/ADU, and I am hoping to gain some insight from all you seasoned and tenured experts! I am in the southeast Washington State area (Tri-Cities) where it causes visitors to scratch their heads when they reflect on fact that Washington is called The Evergreen State. Pretty much arid shrub-steppe desert in my neck of the woods, only getting maybe 7 inches of total precipitation annually. Not much green here, but we have every shade of brown, tan, and gray you could hope for.
Hopefully be chatting with you soon. I will dig through the threads for a while and make extensive use of the search feature before asking what will likely be redundant questions for many of you.
