Anyone who might have knowledge or went that path before for search and find a part numbers that is direct replacement for the tool box slides as for Ball bearing slides?

I recently had acquired older Mac tool MB1700 and MB7100 with MB7200 as top and bottom toolbox together.

My Mac tool dealer have difficult time to find a replacement but he had a regional manager involved but it is take longer. So I am asking if someone have those ball bearing slides numbers that is match replacement for MB1700 and MB7100/7200?? I might need to call Mac tool corporate or call Accurides slides company if I know what is numbers it is direct replacement?

Hello Jeffmose26, I have been in big progress and lot of works at ford dealership as it is soon my 11th years at same dealership. My home have added big building as Pole barn of 30x54 plus added a lift inside. Then I am hoarding of the good brand name of toolboxes that need a good home which I went and bought some of those for cheap prices. Like the Mac tool MB7100/7200 I just acquired it yesterday for just 250 dollars. But it have a bad casters on it but I have KRL1056 box casters to put it on since I got macsimizer spring loaded casters off from eBay for good price and installed on the KRL1056 so it can rolling around easy and not wobble when stay the little uneven floor. Then I went to Florida few times for my brother and his wife for holidays and my parents are think about move and live there as snow bird... so I get crazy things to going on. And I am back...

Time flies! I spent a total of 6 years doing IT for 2 different companies, got tired of sitting at a desk, and became a locksmith. Now I get to work with tools all day and get my hands dirty! Always a reason to buy more stuff :D

First off good to see you back:thumbup:

I think I've found what you need. Had to shrink the pictures to get them to post on forum. If you need larger ones to zoom in PM me your email address and I'll send them to you.

Welcome back. I don't have any info on the slides but just wanted to say, great score on the boxes for $250!

I have the exact same set of boxes, except mine has black drawer handles. Bought them used, back in 2002. My casters went bad last summer. The red "rubber" part started cracking and falling apart. I called Mac, and they were nice enough to send me a whole new set of casters at no charge.

I have my Mac tool guy as he is really good and take care of me mostly so I am try have him to do that for me. If he is really busy- I could call Mac tool corporate but if they ask me if I have dealer- they would recommend me to use him. But I am not hurry since it is my project boxes to clean up and put new slides to use it again.
