I just bought a new Townhome and while it's not exactly what I wanted for my first home. (Was thinking a older single family home with work shop, i.e. fixer upper). The house does have a 19x19 two car garage that just barely fits my 2009 Jeep JKU sitting on a 3.5" lift w/ 35" Mickey Thompsons...

Here is what I have planned at the moment:

Epoxy floor (light grey from either Epoxy-coat, Armor Coat or U Coat it.) I'm open to opinions...

Lift Master 3800 Jackshaft Garage door opener (Found best price on Ebay)

Wall Cabinets to maximize floor space. (Open for ideas but I'm thinking Ikea or something inexpensive and white but strong enought to hold 50lbs per shelf)

Besides cabinets I'm looking to find a spot to for a 48" work bench and my 38"x27"x18" Rolling tool chest...

Curious about all the digging going on in the last few pictures. Are you trying to lower the floor because you can't raise the ceiling ?

Lol no this picture was taken when they were laying the driveway... As you can see in the first picture the driveway is finished with about an 1.5" lip into the garage. The driveway seemed to be nice and thick so that's a good thing...
