Hello everyone, I have been lurking for a couple of years and want to thank everyone for the information I have gained.
Had been using a 120 year old farmhouse as my shop, until squirrels got into the attic and found the romex wire quite tasty. It was a heck of marshmallow roast.
Building a 30 x 40 metal building on slab as a replacement. My wife and I are primary labor so it's going slow, every weekend some more gets done. Information from this site has really helped me decide what's important with the new building. Looking forward to completion.
