Hello Everyone
My names Joe living out in beautiful Lake Havasu City Az. I'm getting ready to build a 25x30x12 garage/shop addition to my over crowded 3 car garage. The addition will have 12' ceilings to accommodate a 4 post Bendpak HD-9ST, room for my lathe, mill, compressor, welders and tool boxes a small restroom with a deep sink and urinal, LED lighting and (2) 2 ton mini split a/c units to keep things cool during the summer, plans are with the building dept. getting approval hope to start const. late Sept. early Oct.
