Well I am not new to this forum as far as browsing is considered but I figured that I might as well post to say hey to everyone. I have just recently PCSd to Ellsworth AFB SD (Rapid City) and my wife and I have purchased our first home. It has a 22x24 garage which i plan on starting on hopefully soon. I have other things that are needed first like a fence, yard, the basement needs finishing which will include a master suite and a family/game room. I have got a lot of great ideas from this forum and look forward to putting some of them to use.
