Found your forum on Google due to searches for ideas on my upcoming project. The detached garage will be used for keeping my boat, occasionally my truck, and additional storage:

24x32, 2 garage doors at 10x9, 10'6" interior height, attic truss setup at 10/12 pitch, standard 2x4 stud walls @ 16" oc over concrete slab.

Two suggestions for you since you're already starting a build. 1) Update you profile with a general location in Georgia. When you start asking questions, it'll help fellow members answer your questions for your location of the country. 2) When you start the project, start a build thread in the Gallery section, take plenty of pictures, post the progress and be interactive with the members following your thread.
