Hello Folks,
I'm a newbie here and I'm from the northern KY/Cincinnati area. I've been lurking on here for sometime now and I must say what some of you guys have does is flat out AWESOME!!!! Hopefully one day my garage will look like some of yours. I'm 32 years old, I've been married now for 10 years. I have a 4.5 year old son and I'm a big fan of NHRA Stock/Super Stock Racing.

Well it a 69 Ford Cobra factory 428 Cobra Jet 4 speed car. Its a Q code which is a non ram air car and it has 15,268 original street miles on it. My Dad started racing it in NHRA Stock Eliminator back in the early '70's and did very well with it through the mid '80's. He parked it around '87 and it sat until about '93 or so when I started playing with it. The car has a 428 still in it but it isn't legal for stock and a Jerico 4 speed with stock leaf spring type suspension and 9" tires. Its best to date is 10.19 at 132 mph at 3800#. My goal is to build a legal 428 for stock and try my hand at it. Other than that its just an old Ford.

I'm sure you wish you had them back. I know I would.

BTW thanks for the warm welcome. We are waiting on a closing date to buy our first house this week. It has a 24'x36' garage and I'm trying to get a bunch of ideas on what I could do. One of my biggest questions is, what lift does people use that have a regular garage (8' ceiling)?
