Hi everyone from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Skully here the nick name is what my buddies gave me when I lost most of my hair from a carb flash. That was back in 78 while workin on a 66 Beaumont, it’s stuck with me since only now it’s more appropriate because I am naturally bald now.

Anyway I am into building anything I can or think I can in the 2 car 30 X 28 ft garage my best bud and I built 2 years ago. Funny thing is, it’s still not big enough, the wife wants to park her car in there. Gotta keep em happy I suppose.

Equipment is mainly for hot rod suspension fabrication, welders, plasma cutter, drill press, cut off saw, ban saw and one big tool box.

I am an avid reader of Street Rodder mag and that’s how I came upon this site, vey cool and informative by the way.

Welcome to GJ, Skully. Not big enough ? Go figure! Seems like everyone on here has the same problem. And some have shops 40x60 and beyond...

My wife has the same distorted idea that a garage is to park cars. But since she is also the Finance Minister of the Hideout, her car is inside. Good Luck on that one. I gave in to allow the project to move forward.

Glad to hear the nickname was the only permanent damage. Of course, we will need to see pix of the shop and the hot rod projects!
