I have an old snap on tool box that I purchased back in 1988 £500 ? .£500 was a lot of money in 1988 ,I was told it had a lifetime warranty , After this amount of time and use the bottom runners have worn through, they can't be replaced as they are welded into place as I'm trying to get it replaced under warranty , my snap-on man said snap-on uk (or so he say ) would give me £200 credit on a new box. ,is he taking the P1ss? , any help getting me sorted would be great , I will upload some pictures if I can ,
