Hello From Arizona!

Hey All!

Just wanted to drop in here and introduce myself. After doing a TON of research and to waiting far to long, I just signed to have a 30x40 garage built here in southern AZ. I decided to go with steel since the sun, summer rains, and termites wreak havoc on anything wood around these parts! Should be breaking ground the beginning of the new year after the permits are issued

AT: welcome to the forum. sounds like you've done your research and best of luck with the build of your new garage. May i suggest that you start a new thread in the Garage Gallery section and post a ton of pictures? also if you run into an issue if you have a few guys following and watching your thread it's easier to ask a question(s) and maybe get a few good quick answers to help you to keep moving forward.

Thanks guys! Sorry I haven't been back here in a while between work and the start of the new garage I've been quite busy! Not sure how to link to the thread but I started a new thread on my building in the other section. Its underway!
