I'm a weekend warrior when it comes to detailing and am constantly improving upon my skill set. I also like photography and shoot with a Canon 70D. That is also an interest that is always
evolving and improving.
I'm a car enthusiast, although my need to change vehicles has subsided over the last several years. I suppose my responsible side kicked in and I started to appreciate the need to set money aside for savings and retirement. Hahaa. Nevertheless, I love cars of all sorts.
My garage is like the couch in a psychologists office. I go there for therapy as I'm sure many others do. My current garage is fairly organized, but I am always looking for ways to improve it. I don't have proper lighting or flooring yet, but that's why I'm here. I intend to learn a lot and improve my safe haven for all those that care to join me in it and enjoy it.
More to come, I'm sure!
Oh, my username - - When I first started tinkering on cars (the first was a '78 Triumph Spitfire while in high school, I became friends with the father of another friend of mine. Together, we restored my Triumph, went to the races at Road Atlanta (mainly The Mitty), and I learned a lot about life. He was a bum by the very basic definition, only he lived in the basement of a family member's home. We called that basement "the cave." My friend (his son) and I always joked that if we ever had a race team, it would be called Cave Racing. The father passed away a few years later, but I've decided to let the legend live on in my screen name.
