Hey ya'll!
Really happy I found this forum. I've been dreaming for years about building a workshop that I can live above. I lived in Flagstaff, Arizona for about a year, and I fell in love with it. It's definitely the place I want to call home.
To tell you a little bit about myself...
I'm 28 years old, and left my career in the fire service to start my own business. I love cars, dogs, fishing, bbqing, mountain biking, and being outdoors, which is why I'm drawn to Flagstaff.
I have just recently begun my research on acquiring some land to build on, and a rough idea as to what building a workshop with a 2br apartment on top would cost.
Anyhow, just wanted to introduce myself, as some of you have done what I dream about, and I want to learn as much as I can before I bite the bullet.
