Hello everyone. Been checking the forum on and off for awhile getting ideas for my garage. I've been in my current house / garage for about 15 years and am reasonably organized, but looking for ideas to take it to the next level. Plans are to add more cabinets and get everything organized / less cluttered and get the shop more "user friendly". It's a 3-car attached garage about 750 sf with 10' 4" ceilings. Tried to post some pics, but I guess that's not an option until I have 5 posts to GJ.

Welcome. Yep, 1979 Honda CBX with about 11k miles on it. It was my dad's bike I went through everything about 10 years ago. Carbs are clogged now, but the bike is in great shape overall.

Welcome. I have almost the same garage.

With a single story house I have found that a lot of 'stuff' needs stored in the garage. I put shelves up high for plastic totes and hanging channels below them for cords/rakes the sides. Some wall cabinets, pallet racking and a TV went against the back wall. Imagine this photo cleaned up a bit with a rubber mat and some carts under the bench.

Thanks for the ideas. We have 10' ceilings in the house also. I already build 24" deep shelving up high in every walk-in closet. That gives my wife room to store things. I decided when we moved in this house I wasn't going to let the garage get turned into her storage area. I installed a few cabinets and a couple work benches when we first moved in. Slowly collected a few items since then, but it's not organized. Plan is to have a small "fab" area in one corner, room for the other tools, etc., elsewhere and still be able to park 3 vehicles and the CBX in the garage. I have a plan, but don't want to get too carried away until I get the insulation blown in.

Guess I should start a "garage" thread in the other forum . . .

Here's what I have now.
