Hello all.....been watching this forum and already gotten tons of info and ideas. So I thought I'd join up.
My expertise is building codes. I'm the Building Official for 22 jurisdictions in Louisiana and am very familiar with the International Residential Code. So if you have code questions, shot me an email.....I'll be glad to help.
My project: I have just purchased 2 acres of land and will be building a shop on it in which to house and work on Jeeps. Still brainstorming design, flooring, lift, cabinets etc to figure out what will work best for me. Jeeps get kind of tall on lifts, so the first problem to resolve is lift type and building eave height. After that, it's pretty much fun fun fun....
