Hello all,

found this site by accident a bit ago and have lurked about since. Some great garages and even better ideas in here for sure!

Its been 2 years since Ive moved into this place and the garage has been a mess since day 1. No LONGER~!! :lol

It is a basic 2 car garage measuring about 25 by 25 i guess.

Everything is on the yard today, Ive sealed the floor and am planning on adding a couple of power outlets and another light system before sheeting it with OSB. I saw a thread awhile ago where someone sheeted thiers with OSB and then painted it, i thought that it looked good so that is what I am intending on doing. Half the space goes to the wife's escape. The other half is for my bikes, well her bike too. 2 for me and 1 for her. All I do is basic work on em and I need a space for that as well as a space for all the **** that goes with having a racebike and two street rides.

I will be making a smaller garden shed for all those tools as this new garage will not have a place for that stuff. That might be a bit yet but it will come.

Going to make some of those hanging shelves all the way around it. Ive got aother shelves for the walls and I am thinking of putting a shelf unit down the middle to seperate the two distint sides... but maybe that is a space waster, will see.

Thats about it.

see ya!

Welcome to GJ, 105. Glad you came out of lurking mode.

Take lots of pix along the way and show us some 'before', 'during' and 'after' shots.

Thanks guys!

Im in the lower mainland, Abby area. This is just north of the boarder about 15 minutes from the Sumas crossing.

I forgot to snap some pics before I started but got part of the mess that it was. Ive boarded and painted and have half the top level of shelves up so far. Ill take a couple of pics tomorrow then finish the top shelf. Seems Ive run outa ready rod so back to the store it is... this isnt new. lol.

Did pretty good at estimating, used every sheet of OSB. Used up all the primer I had sitting around for the last 5 years or so. The other paint worked out as well. I might have a sheet of plywood left over but I am sure Ill find a use for it somewhere anyways so that isnt a big deal.

Until next time...
