Hello from Central Florida

I've been lurking around here a long time, but thought I should officially say hello before the big project. My last house I built in 2008 and had a 40x25 attached garage. Stole some ideas from the lighting thread, installed a maxjax due to limited ceiling height, but now I am starting over. I'll start a new thread seeking ideas, but I think we're narrowing in on the property, so hopefully 2020 will be a fun year.
