Hello GJ,
I am preparing to build my one and only garage. I am limited by city codes to a 24' x 30' so I want to make the most of it. I will keep my 2005 Silverado in one bay but plan to keep my tools and wood working equipment off to the side with a service door. The only thing I am firm on is a PTAC to heat/cool so I can use it year round and keep my gun safe in it. At this point, I have the location staked out at the end of the driveway and piece of paper with lots of notes.
I am sure I will have several questions along the way and look forward to any willing assistance that is provided.
