Hey all, just wanted to say hello and thanks for the wealth of information.
Have been using this forum for years without being registered at all. Finally in the process of finishing out our 3 car detatched garage. After reading a lot here, ultimately put in insulation (r13 in the walls, skimped a bit with r19 in the ceiling) even though its not currently climate controlled with no plans to do so. Have some racedeck tiles on order. Bought a bunch of craftsman cabinets and workbench years ago anticipating that Sears would go under. Slatwalls waiting in the box, ready to go up.
The entire garage has been a disaster for years, no organization, nothing on the walls, everything on the floor. Looking forward to finally having one of those clean, post-worthy, inspiring garages. Drywall mudding currently in progress. Almost there!!
