Hey guys! been reading for a long time and just joined a few weeks ago.
The plan is to build a "pole barn house". still looking for property and still a lot of design work to do with the structure.
Im thinking 1700-2000sqft house with a 3000sqft attached garage. Basically the house would be a lean-to.
the kicker! is the house will have a basement? haha well at least a partial basement using icfs. i haven't seen anyone put a basement under a post frame style house! any of you guys know anyone?
