Hello all.
I found this site about a week ago(glad I did). It has been very very helpful for my upcoming project that I call "The leaning tower of piece-a-$%#&!

The sills are rotted and a tree needs removed(although the tree is helping by holding up the garage


I plan on saving this old gal and give her new life.
