took me awhile to find 'the new member area/welcome mat'. I somehow ended up @ a thread where the discussion was ice cream, fish and grocery shopping.an interesting group welcome

I've had 1 (rental) garage (not counting living with parents - that was like 1986?)
now dad has about 8...
When we bought our home, my mind set was 'carport is good enough, probably won't work on cars much anymore' (I had wrecked my 1st car about 3 months after I got it..... I learned a lot.... during the rebuild... still have that one! .... fast forward - guy's gotta maintain the cars right? carport <> out of the weather! Not to mention another project car somehow found it's way here!
Been lurking off and on here for about a year now... bought adjacent lot (160x165) - plenty of room (it better be LOL)... lots of good info here....
Am a member of other forums - ranging from Linux OS's, Graphics design, phone ROMs (I'm a IT tech) , and a couple of car forums (shade tree mechanic).... installed the tapatalk app (which I understand has less than 'good feelings about it') ... and somehow - 'subscribed' to threads..... but that must of been cached data? IDK.... any way I signed up and... well.. here we are.
?start to build in 2018? finish by 2019?
best info I've found --> too big is just right.... I built it too big said no man...
got my 1st bid from Morton... WOW....2.5x the price of the house? Let's re-think.. concrete is $$$$ (as well as Morton)...
