Hi all. Came across this forum while researching tool chests. Assuming I don't find anything better at Home Depot tomorrow, I'm leaning towards the new version of the venerable Harbor Freight 44" roller box. Really enjoying the rabbit hole of info here!

Thank you! I'm also a VW fan, but sadly I have no experience with the good old aircooled cars. Only the newer water cooled cars. It's what inspired me to learn to turn wrenches myself.

I'm hoping to find the new 22" deep version, but the two stores I've gone to don't have it and don't know when it will come in

Those are nice but out of my price range. Have been scouring CL in hopes of scoring a deal on a pro box but no luck.
